Seller Consultation

The Seller Consultation is a great option for sellers who wish to stage their property themselves. Walking room-by-room with you, we provide recommendations on specific areas to rearrange, declutter, repair, and improve curb appeal.

Verbal Report

We walk and talk, and you record notes as we tour the property together. At the end of our visit, we will have discussed our recommendations to prepare your home – inside and out – for your upcoming open house.

Written Report

After our visit, we deliver a detailed report of the recommendations we discuss during our visit. The report serves as a helpful checklist in getting ready for the open house. Homeowners attest the Stage to Sell Written Report is invaluable as they prepare their properties for the market!

  •   We are relocating and wanted to make sure the house looked as good as it could to attract buyers.  I'd read about Stage to Sell By Mary in a Wellesley Patch article online.

    She was very thorough with her notes as we went from room to room in what needed to be moved/removed.  It took about 2 hours and she later emailed me the list, by room, of changes.  After all the changes were made, I scheduled another appointment before the Broker's Open for her to tweak how the house looked.  The Brokers were blown away by our mid-century modern.  They were impressed by the design, as well as the photographer who took the listing photos.  

    We had open houses this past Sat/Sun, which had rave reviews, and by Monday at 5pm, we had our 1st offer.  Our realtor is expecting two more offers by tomorrow!!
