Stage To Sell did a fantastic job staging our condo. They used very high quality furniture and accessories that made our photographs look amazing. We have a unique space that is on the top floor of a Victorian building. There are many eaves that can make the rooms look smaller. Jen and her team positioned the furniture in ways that truly showcased the rooms at their best. We had multiple offers after just one open house and got a price that was substantially above our asking price. We are 100% certain that the staging made all the difference. Stage To Sell will do exactly what their name says….they will sell your place!

My wife and I used Staged to Sell when selling our condo in Somerville during the middle of the pandemic. Jennifer and here team were awesome. Very professional and they made the place look great! Selling the condo / buying a house was a very stressful time, so it was great that we had someone like Jennifer who was so organized and ontop of everything and we didn't have to worry about it at all. The place looked great once they were done too and helped sell the condo in the opening week on the market.

Jen staged our home in preparation to sell. She was fantastic all the way through. Warm, friendly, efficient and responsive, she provided us with a detailed written plan of exactly what to do after coming out and meeting with us. She has a great creative design eye, and felt all her suggestions and ideas really worked! The team she brought with her on the day of the staging were all great-very friendly, energetic and professional. Would use her again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Jen at Stage to Sell. I received a full-priced offer within a week of listing and I never had to lift a finger! She made my tiny 1BR look stylish and spacious, and even had us trending as a “hot home” on Redfin. Anyone who’s ever sold a home before knows there’s so much to keep track of, but this was easily the least stressful part of the process. I was selling from out of state and Jen worked with my realtor to coordinate everything. I wondered if it was worth it to hire a stager, but my realtor convinced me it was “worth its weight in gold.” Amen to that! I’d hire Stage to Sell again in a heartbeat.
